1.Guys we definitely know you will need headache tablets after those heavy heavy nights. You can also take vitamin c tablets and Alka Seltzer to help with the morning after and re-energise the group.
2. Your itinerary. Sounds obvious but your itinerary is a must to take. You need to know where you need to be and at what time, its not just possible to lounge in bed nursing a hangover you have activities booked and fun to be had.
3. The right clothing. Make sure you take clothes that are suitable for the activities you are doing. Don't take clothes that you don't want to get ruined cos you never know what might happen.
